Via Emilia

Floor Area: 750sqft | Location: London

Via Emilia is an Italian eatery, inspired by the delicacies of the Emilia-Romagna region that receives rave reviews. This was the second concept Lifeforms designed for this client, following on from their In Parma unit in Fitzrovia.

Based in a small unit with only 40 covers, we were given a brief to create an intimate, atmospheric environment with the task of maximising the number of covers. Dark timber panels were used along with marble counters to give a traditional style, while metal display cages and rustic zinc tables give it a unique twist. A mixture of loose tables and stools, a bar and bench seating give a plethora of options for customers to perch.
