One Forty Nine in Chichester, East Sussex is the vision of Chef Jonathan Reeves and wife Ellie who wanted to capture their enthusiasm and love for food in an inviting setting; offering country warm interiors and an intimate experience that reflected their welcoming service and warm hospitality.

Throughout designing One Forty Nine particular attention was paid to sourcing a wide variety of interior items and finishes that would achieve an elegant and sophisticated finish, with items sourced from local retailers and craftsmen. The finish is a warm, modern yet classic interior.
